EPW - Movado, Swiss, observatory grade with first class Neuchâtel rating, "Chronomètre Movado" marked dial and case, 50mm, 18K gold OF original Movado case, signed gold cuvette additionally marked "Bulletin de Marche 1'ere Classe Observatoire de Neuchâtel," white enamel DS dial, SW-SS, fully capped lever escapement, 21J, striped pattern nickel damascene, s#340039 marked to mvt dial plate near balance wheel with matching serial number to case. Gross weight of assembled watch 57.9 dwt (90.0 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, some surface toning and mild small surface spots; flawless dial; nearly mint hands; case shows very little wear, fine scratches to rear, scattered dents to band with the most notable at 5, 8, and 10, small ding or nick to rear below-left of center, crease type dent to cuvette perimeter adjacent opening area; tight bow, crown shows very little wear; good glass crystal.
